Well, you could start with the Halloween Online Magazine (http://www.halloweenonlinemagazine.com/)… It’s got various articles from costumes, to food, to games, to decorating (I’m particulary interested in their vortex effect and the fog chiller articles, both being something to do with a fog machine).
From there try Halloween Tips (http://www.halloweentips.com/), Halloween Tombstones (http://www.halloweentombstones.com/), The Halloween Boneyard (http://www.halloweenboneyard.com/), and Halloween Yard Haunter (http://www.yardhaunter.com/). Some may be for outdoors but you could find tips you could change to indoor use (like the yard haunter site has tips on cobweb placement).
