You'll need to bake cupcakes, of course, and frost them in orange. Take a big black gumdrop and 8 little pieces of thin licorice laces. Put the gumdrop on a cupcake and stick the legs in so they look like they're coming out from under the gumdrop. Use a little extra frosting in a plastic bag to dot on eyes, if you like.
