Lexie asked:

just play some loud music. invite friends. have everyone wear costumes. throw some chips on the table and u have a typical teen party.

Make some creepy foods to lay out, that can make things scary without costing a lot. There are a few good recipes here:

for your basement one, u can invite ALOT of friends to either enjoy the party or be a zombie. you can break a piece of glass and put fake blood on it, but make sure nobody accidentally hearts themselves with the glass. get some cheep pumpkins at walmart or something and use that fake blood and squirt it on the pumpkins and u know, carve it, then u could get that murder investigation tape thingys.

for the little kid one, u could just carve just normal pumpkins, and put in some little kid disney halloween music :) hope ya have a good time

the dollar store is a blessing. dollar value cookies on a plate in the kitchen, with other snacks. B/MYO costume. Your own tunes via CD. Should cost 10 bucks for food, and drink mix, turn lights on low ( cut off main lights and use only lamps) scissor sister music is best for halloween, or any party. have fun and be merry. only 56 more shopping days till x-mas }ID
