I just lost a whole bunch of weight and I don’t want to gain a single pound, but hey its Halloween who could resist those yummy chocolates? I am toning up, but I don’t want to deprive myself so how much Halloween candy should I eat per day? I know im going to get a lot on Friday.

Well limit yourself, just have a small bowl for friday and only eat that. After halloween you can either give away the candy, or maybe have 1-3 pieces a day. Just know that having candy for one night if you want to splurge on halloween wont kill you or make you gain 5 pounds.
i have the same problem, here is what i do, i usually put between one and 3 peices out on my counter and put the bowl up in the pantry then after i eat my pieces i dont get any more. It really helps when you dont have to look at it. If you get tempted to easily give someone the key and lock your candy away instructing them to not let you have any more. Trust me it works.
